Privacy Notice

What We Collect

When you use the enquiry form we collect the details you enter: your name, company or organisation, email address, telephone number, the type of enquiry, your message and, for supply requests, item details, quantities, delivery location, required date and any attachment you choose to include.

Our server also processes your IP address briefly to protect the form against misuse. We do not set advertising cookies.

How We Use It

We use these details only to respond to your enquiry and to follow up on any quotation or request you make. Your enquiry is sent by email to the ODS team.

Sharing

We do not sell your information or share it for marketing. Where needed to answer a supply request, we may share the item details — not your contact details — with suppliers we coordinate with.

The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that submissions come from people, not automated programs.

Keeping and Deleting Your Information

We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to respond and for our business records. To ask what we hold about you, or to request deletion, email qaisadi@odsoman.com.
